桃園市大客車駕駛受訓即就業專案培訓補助計畫

🙌招募對象（新住民身分）

與本市設有戶籍之國民結婚，且獲准在臺灣地區居留之外國人、大陸地區人民、香港或澳門居民，並持有居留證，或者前款之外國人、大陸地區人民、香港或澳門居民，與其配偶離婚或其配偶死亡，而依法規規定得在臺灣地區繼續居留工作者。

📮報名方式（新住民身分）

至就業服務處、17處就業服務據點或新住民聯合服務中心繳交下列文件：

1. 參與意願書正本用印。
2. 居留證或戶籍謄本正反面影本（取得國民身分證之新住民以一般身分報名）。
3. 交通部製發之駕駛執照影本。
4. 勞工保險投保明細表。
5. 於職業工會、漁會、農會加保身分者，應提供無從事工作之證明或承諾書。
6. 專案職缺志願序、駕訓班志願序（視實際分發情形，本府保留最後分發之權利）。

🙌 Eligibility (New Immigrant Status)

Foreign nationals, individuals from Mainland China, or residents of Hong Kong and Macao who are married to nationals with household registration in this city and have been granted residency in Taiwan, and who hold a valid Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), are eligible to apply.

Individuals in the aforementioned categories who, after divorce or the death of their spouse, are legally permitted to continue residing and working in Taiwan are also eligible. 

📮 Application Method (New Immigrant Status)

Applicants must submit the following documents in person to the Office of Employment Services and Vocational Training, one of the 17 Employment Service Centers, or the New Immigrant Joint Service Center:

1. The original signed Letter of Intent to Participate.
2. A photocopy (front and back) of the Alien Resident Certificate or Household Registration Transcript.(New immigrants who have obtained a National Identification Card should apply under general applicant status.)
3. A photocopy of a driver’s license issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
4. A copy of the Labor Insurance Coverage Record.
5. If enrolled in a professional union, fishermen’s association, or farmers’ association, a statement or proof of not currently being employed is required.
6. A preference list for special project job vacancies and driving school options.(Final job and training placements will be determined by Taoyuan City government.)

🙌 Điều kiện tham gia (Thân phận Di dân mới)

Người nước ngoài, người đến từ Trung Quốc đại lục, hoặc cư dân Hồng Kông và Ma Cao đã kết hôn với công dân có hộ khẩu tại thành phố này, được cấp phép cư trú tại Đài Loan và có Thẻ cư trú hợp pháp (ARC), đều đủ điều kiện đăng ký.

Những người thuộc các nhóm nói trên, sau khi ly hôn hoặc vợ/chồng qua đời, nhưng vẫn được pháp luật cho phép tiếp tục cư trú và làm việc tại Đài Loan, cũng đủ điều kiện đăng ký.

📮 Phương thức đăng ký (Thân phận Di dân mới)

Người đăng ký cần nộp trực tiếp các giấy tờ sau tại Sở Dịch vụ Việc làm, một trong 17 Trung tâm Dịch vụ Việc làm, hoặc Trung tâm Dịch vụ Hợp nhất dành cho Di dân mới:

1. Bản chính Thư bày tỏ nguyện vọng tham gia có ký tên.
2. Bản photocopy 2 mặt của Thẻ Cư trú (ARC) hoặc Sổ hộ khẩu.(Di dân mới đã có Chứng minh nhân dân Đài Loan thì đăng ký theo diện người dân thông thường.)
3. Bản photocopy Giấy phép lái xe do Bộ Giao thông Vận tải cấp.
4. Bản sao Chi tiết tham gia Bảo hiểm Lao động.
5. Nếu đang tham gia bảo hiểm qua công hội nghề nghiệp, hội ngư dân hoặc hội nông dân, cần nộp thêm Giấy xác nhận không có việc làm hoặc Giấy cam kết.
6. Danh sách nguyện vọng về vị trí việc làm thuộc dự án đặc biệt và lớp đào tạo lái xe.(Chính quyền địa phương giữ quyền quyết định cuối cùng về việc phân bổ công việc và lớp đào tạo.)

🙌 Persyaratan Kelayakan (Status Imigran Baru)

Warga negara asing, individu dari Tiongkok Daratan, atau penduduk Hong Kong dan Makau yang menikah dengan warga negara yang memiliki registrasi rumah tangga (household registration) di kota ini, telah diberikan izin tinggal di Taiwan, dan memiliki Kartu Izin Tinggal (ARC) yang masih berlaku, memenuhi syarat untuk mendaftar.

Individu dari kategori yang disebutkan di atas yang, setelah bercerai atau setelah pasangan mereka meninggal dunia, tetap secara hukum diizinkan untuk tinggal dan bekerja di Taiwan juga memenuhi syarat untuk mendaftar.

📮 Cara Pendaftaran (Status Imigran Baru)

Pelamar harus menyerahkan dokumen-dokumen berikut secara langsung ke Kantor Layanan Ketenagakerjaan dan Pelatihan Kejuruan, salah satu dari 17 Pusat Layanan Ketenagakerjaan, atau Pusat Layanan Terpadu untuk Imigran Baru:

1. Asli Surat Pernyataan Minat untuk Berpartisipasi yang telah ditandatangani.
2. Fotokopi dua sisi Kartu Izin Tinggal (ARC) atau Salinan Registrasi Rumah Tangga (Household Registration Transcript).(Imigran baru yang telah memiliki Kartu Identitas Nasional Taiwan harus mendaftar sebagai peserta umum.)
3. Fotokopi SIM yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Perhubungan dan Komunikasi Taiwan.
4. Salinan Rincian Kepesertaan Asuransi Tenaga Kerja.
5. Jika terdaftar melalui serikat pekerja, asosiasi nelayan, atau asosiasi petani, wajib melampirkan surat pernyataan atau bukti bahwa saat ini tidak sedang bekerja.
6. Daftar preferensi untuk lowongan pekerjaan dalam proyek khusus dan pilihan sekolah pelatihan mengemudi.(Penempatan pekerjaan dan pelatihan akhir akan ditentukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Taoyuan.)
