2.Lớp đào tạo giáo dục cơ bản cho người lớn:
- Mở những lớp học cho tân cư dân và công dân thất học đào tạo kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Trung , để làm phong phú thêm các kỹ năng sống cơ bản và mở rộng các mối quan hệ giữa các cá nhân.
